There are two spacious floors approximately 1500 sf each. The main floor upstairs has hard wood floors with a stage. The dining room downstairs has a commercial kitchen for use, great for fund raising events. The Grange has available 20-8' tables, 1-4' table, 152 folding chairs and 6 pews. Rental hours are from 8:00am to 11:00pm. Any other time not noted must be approved by the Rental Committee prior to renting the building. There is a ramp for those with disabilities to enter either floor. The hall is available for such public use as:

All renters are required to make a $100.00 refundable deposit with the exception of Memorials that do not add the kitchen. A fee of $20.00 per hour will be charged for additional cleaning
All renters are required to provide proof of insurance with the Grange listed as additionally insured with the exception of Memorials that do not add the kitchen. Type 2 rentals can provide a copy of their home owners or renters insurance. Type 3 and Type 4 rentals are required to provide liability insurance of $1M. Event policies are available with any Insurance company.
For Kitchen Rentals Type 3 and Type 4 - If a group or organization hold a fund raising event a Temporary license is required by the Health Department for $12.00. The individual applying for the Temporary licenses must have a food handlers card. All cooks and servers must have a food handlers cards to work in the kitchen. Food handlers cards can be obtained by the Jackson County Department of Health & Human Services located at 1005 E Main Street, Medford for free if you are a non-profit organization. If a cater prepares food in the kitchen for an event on site they must provide a copy of their business license and copies of their food handlers cards.
If a cater prepares food in the kitchen for an event off site or to sell, the cater must request in writing the approval from the Grange. If approved the cater must pay for all cost to have the kitchen licensed in his/her business and name. A copy of the business license and food handlers cards are required.
All variations from the above rates must be approved by the rental committee and reported at the next available grange meeting which meets on the 2nd Monday of each month.
